Do you have evening/weekend hours? Do you give same day appointments?
Yes! On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have evening hours until 7 PM and on Saturdays, we have hours from 9 AM-1 PM. We have provide same day appointments for sick visits and well visits if the schedule is open. We want to provide as much flexibility as possible for our working parents and our patients. Currently, our hours are temporarily changed due to the COVID pandemic. You can find our hours here.
What insurance companies do you accept?
We accept almost every insurance. Check out our insurance page for a comprehensive list and more information.
Are there separate waiting rooms for well visit patients and sick visit patients?
Yes! We do take the parental concerns seriously and have two separate waiting rooms.
How do I contact the doctor after office hours?
We have an answering service when the office is closed during the night, Sundays, and national holidays. Once you leave a message with the answering service, the physician will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do the doctors have privileges at nearby hospitals?
Yes! They have privileges at Good Samaritan Hospital, Montefiore Nyack Hospital, and Hackensack University Medical Center.
Are you open during the COVID pandemic?
Yes! Our hours have been changed and the physicians are currently offering telemedicine appointments. You can find our hours here.
